1	Goal: Replace Roads with Rails and Reach a Population of 100k Within 10 Years.

3	1. Delete all Roads
4	2. Connect all power to buildings
5	3. Create Rails (Doesn't need to be pretty) Just make sure each building is touching Rail.
6	4. Spam all Extra Space with Residential Buildings. (Make sure they're Powered)
7	5. Reach 100k and Fast Forward the rest of the Years.
